Diagonal Holes in Ground (?)

Figured out for sure what those holes were made by - ants! That was the last thing that I was expecting. Maybe they were in the process of making the wholes the last time I saw them. I soaked down the broadcasted areas and gave them a light mulching of grass clipping, hoping this will help.

Makes sense since they would gather seeds on top of ground.

Well I mulched and watered the broadcasted areas, and they're now invading the rows. (I can now see both the large holes that I was talking about earlier in this thread, and what you'd imagine when you'd think of usual ant holes). They're right in my peas! I mulched and watered most of two of the rows down. If mulching everything doesn't work I'm thinking about tilling another area at the end of the garden and just letting the ants have it, maybe planting some okra or yardlong beans in that spot (ants are attracted to both of those).

How would you handle this? Any suggestions for getting them out of here? They're really starting to become a nuisance.

I used tempoSC, didn't kill them all but I put a hurt on their domination.
