Baker Creek did goof on my tomato order this year. I ordered black cherry but got black plum labeled as black cherry. I called and they sent me replacement seeds. I think the increase in business over the last 2 years left them a bit overwhelmed. They did handle the issue just fine so I will not be changing my seed source :D

Now, as for melons...
I am still confused. I am trying to read up on this, but one site said a cross wouldn't show up in this years fruit, but in seeds I save and plant NEXT year. The only thing is I haven't grown melons in my yard before. Well, I tried last year but the plant got eaten by evil tree rats.

So what the heck did I grow???

I am just as confused on this topic. I have grow freakish crosses before that I though were a result of cantelop/cucumbers. I also grew an anahiem pepper next to a serrano and a whole season of crosses between those with each one either being serrano like or long slender serranos. But I always read that crosses won't show this year so I got nothing.
