You are so welcome. I have computer files full of recipes for certain veggies, so I'm always just dying for a chance to share them

I freeze chard, spinach and kale through the summer when I have extras. I chop it raw, lay it on a cookie sheet and flash freeze it, then dump it in a huge freezer bag. All winter, I grab out handfuls for soup or larger amounts for quiche and other recipes. What a treat in winter!
