Sorry I was late to see this. The lable discusses Humates and Fulvic acid. The term Humates is a snake oil term. It could mean anything related to humic acid.

  • Carbon Catalyst derived from very best mined humates---This could mean regular everyday coal.
  • Quality blend of Fulvic Acid and trace minerals---You can get the same thing from a good compost pile
  • Most effective chelating compound identified that contains carbon---Wow, um, trying to explain chelating in just a few sentences is not easy. Basically, it's a chemical reaction in which an element (usually a metal) is placed in jail, and not allowed to combine with anything else until it's time. The chelate is an organic molecule (the jail) that forms a sort of ring around the element. What's neat about it is that it works both inside the plant and in the soil. Since some elements (like iron and calcium) don't move well in plants, chelating them improves the plants ability to transfer them from cell to cell. Unfortunately, in this product they don't tell you exactly what they are trying to chelate. Not to mention the fact that if the element isn't there, it won't help at all.
  • Select plant growth regulators---Plant growth regulators? This one concerns me the most. Just exactly what do they mean by that?
My personal opinion...Save your money.
