Marshall do you have a working Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector inside your home?

If not then please follow these simple steps:

STEP 1

If not go outside and get some fresh air and wait for the fire dept to tell you the CO levels are safe.

STEP 2

If you do have a carbon monoxide make sure the battery is working. If the battery is not working PLEASE REFER TO STEP 1

Otherwise stop drinking expresso and go lie down. :p

Oh, and don't forget how differently Earth's gravity would be for ant sized humans! You'd be able to jump relatively higher, run relatively faster...Ice skating would really be awesome! In fact, there'd have to be new standards for olympic events! Folks would rediscover gravity if they were the size of ants! Jumping from a 5 story building would be what kids would do for fun, they'd race up to do it again!

Know how small the motor would be in your car? Shoot, 1 tenth of a drop would fill the tank!

It is almost immoral to keep humans being as big as we are!

Sometimes you know, new ideas are shocking. What was it they charged Galileo with? observing? noticing things? telling folks what he saw?

Really now, having us humans as big as we are, everyone wanting to breed more all the time, using our resources the way we do, having wars, bickering. A big huge gigantic waste. Now, if we were tiny like ants, a teenager for example, could cruise in his car all night long on 4th street, and use 1 tenth of a drop of gas, or less. That polish dog for lunch would be i don't know, 1 1,000th of a gram of meat.

High on something? Nope. Actually, this morning it was one cup of mild instant coffee, my co2 detectors work fine...sheesh, tested them and went through the loud test noises, not much of a drinker and no alcohol in my system since...thinking...thanksgiving, a beer i didn't finish. Can't and don't smoke the common green leafy stuff everyone else smokes around here. It is contra indicated for my eye condition.

Nope, not high on anything. The thought that I am is either humor or invalidation. Doesn't much matter. I do understand that many of my ideas and opinions are usually 25 years ahead of everyone elses.

But this here idea of mine is actually a very old idea. What's his name who wrote gulliver's travels in what, 1700 something, was actually being extremely sarcastic and had hidden messages for kings and queens, generals and admirals, and other assorted power people in europe at the time.

Yea, my story here is sarcastic about the big power playing companies that play with our lives. But ya know, if they really were interested in feeding the world and doing all that good, they would be working on making tiny humans. That really is the answer to a lot of problems! It'd be just like having a MUCH LARGER planet that would take so much longer to harm if we were that small.

See? I'm still the hippy i was back then in 1967 when i was 12 with a peace sign necklace. where almost all the other hippies disappeared, i did not. Still looking for answers, but old enough now to see some answers.

Peace

Isn't this really a right on groove, and can't ya dig it?

Mother Nature tried an experiment in small humans in the South Pacific Region ... now extinct. Again, Mother Nature tried to experiment with small humans known as the Pigmy with several tribes in Africa ....today, they are not thriving ... She also tried with dwarfism in humans ... not too hardy with many physical abnormalities . Mother Nature has an experiment going even now with hordes of soldier ants in S America that devour everything in their path. So what chance will ant size humans have against these constantly on the move murderous monsters ? :idunno

Ok Marshall did get a little scary for a little while but he has some very good points.

Let look at what he is saying from another view.

What are they going to start messing with next? Will they start engineering people with traits they prefer? Will they engineer people to produce one child then their reproductive system shuts down. Will they start to engineer us to live for xx number of years and then expire with the first hard freeze before we can be a burden on society.

I don't do funky herbs or even expresso. And I was out shoveling snow so I have plenty of O2 in my lungs.

Marshall, I hope you know I was only poking fun at you with my post. I like people that come up with fantastic ideas. A telephone you could carry around in your pocket was a fantastic idea that no one except Dick Tracy ever thought could work when I was a young'un. A computer that small? Unthinkable!!. The only computers around filled a large basement in a University and needed a lot of cooling; and it wasn't a very good one at that. You have more computing power in an iPhone than it had. That was less than a generation ago.
