Coyotes were pretty loud last night too but that's not unusual. They are often pretty loud even without a full moon. I think I have three groups, whether packs or families I don't know. Northeast, southeast, and southwest of me. When they get to talking to each other and dogs start answering, so much for the peace and quiet of the country. It could get loud tonight if it's not too cloudy.

We noticed how big and bright and pretty it was last night. It's clouding up and getting ready to rain here now though.

One of my parakeets died, but I don't think I can blame that on the moon. :idunno The deer were a little braver since they could see where the electric fence is and nipped the stuff at the edges, which they hadn't been doing. My cats are acting crazy, but that's normal for them!

It will be a full moon when we go to the beach next month. That will be nice for some nighttime walks along the surf. :)

Journey sorry about your parakeet, are your daughters very upset?

Ava was at first, but bounced back pretty quickly and is wanting to know how soon I'd buy her another. I think I took it harder. I love those little things and love to hear them twitter to each other every morning and thinking how lonely the other is makes me sad (so I'll be getting him a friend very soon.) Parakeets are like the fine china of pets in that they are very easy to kill. :( Ava said she scared them when she opened an umbrella in the house, so we think that might be what happened, bonked her head or something. Full moon...kids are acting crazy for sure. Ha.

Full moons have all kinds of effects on people and animals. Emergency rooms are nutzo on full moons, animals have babies on full moons, people do too! My babies were born on full moons, nurses worked double shifts to accommodate the pregnant women all having babies in the same few hours! There were 23 babies born the night I had my son, 34 the next night! I felt sorry for those poor nurses.

Moon was normal sized last night...It never is big when people say it will. I randomly see it bigger, usually during the day, around 6pm.
Animals acted normal. =/
