Are Easter Lillys a perinneal or an annual?

Easter Lilies are bulbs. I have some planted in my garden - they have come back each year, but they don't bloom.

my Easter lilies I bought after Easter one year, come back and bloom the same white flowers every year. Their on yr 3 now.
