I've just found a recipe for "Sweet-Corn, Ginger & Cilantro Salad", it sounds so delicious to me & just what I want to eat BUT unfortunately my corn is not ready yet -- it will be about 3 weeks I reckon if we get enough sunshine.

Meanwhile I am passing over the recipe to you as I know a lot of you are harvesting it now -- I am so jealous!!!

I have dug this tread out again to add this new recipe for TUSCAN SHEPHERD'S PIE - NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE. It is on one of my favourite blogs. This one craftily adds beans into the mashed potato that top the pie, a great way to get them down children (& husband). Here in the UK it seems that the only way they will accept them is as tinned baked beans with very greasy fried breakfasts....!!
