Journey I know exactly what your talking about in the car. Every Sunday night I take my father out to eat. He will only eat at one place, it is about 4 miles from the house I grew up in. for years we have been going there. He has to give me directions and driving advice EVERY TIME. Once after hearing him rage on about amount of gas I had in MY car, I pulled over and told him to get out and walk home. He was qute the last few minutes of the trip home.

We are having a BBQ at my sister's house. She lives in the same town I have country house in. Visiting her is how I fell in love with the area.My sister lives in a McMansion she and her husband built. My sister has a mental disorder she is a clean freak. Her house must be spotless at all times, she has 3 dishwashers. Her house is a beautiful show place but not somewhere you can get comfortable. Plus they don't drink so never serve alcohol.

We plan to have kids and grandsons to our lot to grill burgers and play. (I will get some weeding in too I hope) Maybe #2 son will bring his mower and little boys will be able to drive those around & around & around.

We're getting together with Kid#1 for a dual birthday/Fathers Day grill. This is the time of year when everyone's work schedules go haywire and we have difficulty getting everybody together in one place. It will be good to have this day.
