Evergreen Shrub

I don't remember buying or planting this bush, must have been really cheap end of season. What I like are 2 things. Very rapid grower, needs to be trim several times during growing season. It keeps its leaves and stays green all winter here zone 5/6. Has tiny white flowers. What is this brush how should I take cuttings ?

Boxwood grows very slow This is a rapid grower. no real scent from flowers

It makes me think of privet (several varieties) but I didn't think they were evergreen in northern zones.

The leaves are very shinny I want more how should I treat cuttings ? Very few things are ever green in my zone

Might be a type of holly. The flowers look like it anyway. You've got to have a male and a female to pollinate, so maybe you won't get berries.

ETA: Yeah, compare with Inkberry (Ilex glabra), which has smooth leaf margins.

Nope rare is ever green in NY.
