I'm not that adventurous hoodat! I can handle spinach raw, but cooked? I tired collards once and well...same thing. My 6 year old grandaughter on the other hand loves collards! Kale chips yes, cooked any other way...not so much! Maybe I'll have to try them again. I grew up on store bought canned corn, canned spaghetti or anything else canned for that matter! Mom was not a real great cook. Pretty good with the can opener though! I'll keep trying and maybe some day you will see me posting on how wonderful my mustard greens are. Until then...you keep enjoying a double helping; one for me and one for you!hoodat said:Don't forget the chinese greens like pak choy and kailaan. They should do well as a fall crop in your zone. For more traditional greens there is mustard and collards and/or kale.Stubbornhillfarm said:Maybe some snow pea pods in my future too!
