I decided to sell also those cleaned bulbs - mixed varieties, 15 bigger bulbs plus ten a bit smaller bulbs.

Fresh harvested, customers can directly store them until the end of September.

Count Down: 2 Days

With simple paper bags and labels, they (the bulbs) look even better now.

I will chop and add some herbs to the salad, so I picked and cleaned herbs today. Tomorrow morning I will need to pick flowers and evening salad + edible flowers.

Croutons and boiled quail eggs (for salad) are ready.

I currently sell at a farmers' market. Nice atmosphere. It takes a lot of preparation. I have to get busy soon, getting lettuce, kale and whatever else ready for tomorrow.

The local health department provides you with this opportunity, Phaedra?

Where I sold, the HD didn't even allow for vegetables to be cut up.

Eggs could only be sold with a license.
It's an annual activity, not a regular farmers' market, so it's more like a fair.
They didn't even have a booth plan till today, I am kind of shocked.

That’s what I was thinking too. I’d need at least 3 different ones to do this in my area even just for a one day thing.

Wow, that's quite demanding. We checked at the beginning and were told that eggs, flowers, vegetables, and fruits are totally ok.

Count Down: 1 Day!

Flowers and veggies were picked, and I will keep harvesting edible flowers later.

It's correct to try and start small. Compared with picking and arranging for ourselves and our neighbors, it's totally different feeling to pick for selling.
