Choices have changed over time but being a customer with that outfit has continued. Large packets or smaller, they have a good selection and, doing their own plant breeding, have something unique from time to time.
The last couple of years, I have had orders from a company in your own state of Oregon (if you are back from California
). Territorial has grown steadily over the years.

AliExpress, a similar site, used to have seeds, but most of them were scams. They shut it down because of customs issues with the USDA.

Wild Garden Seed has a very 'busy' website-- but once you get past the visual overload there are some really interesting seeds offered there. I also use Johnny's a lot.
