Lesa, that is one of my very favorite tomato dishes, too! I've got basil ready to be harvested. . . . Yummy!!

Steve, I do have a couple of Thessaloniki planted. There are plenty of green babies on them, so hopefully we will start harvesting them soon. I also have some Big Beef - When they finally ripen they had better be bigger than yours!!! :love :hide

Ninnymary, you just go right ahead and brag! You have every right to be proud of your garden. Just don't forget those of us still waiting every time you savor the fruits of your tomato labors!!

Smiles, I thought Morgage LIfter was supposed to have great flavor? Have you ever had them before? Hopefully your own maters will be ready soon.

Skeeter9, here in central S.C. we have really had it rough with the heat and little rain(little over 2 inches since may) but the sungolds have been unreal. I've picked over 4 gallons from two vines since mid June! Wish they all were as prolific as these. Hope you get a good slicer soon!

Oh yes, Mortgage Lifters are usually wonderful tomatoes. I guess the ones I bought had some problems.
