First time blueberry grower... advice?

How coincidental! I just planted three blueberry bushes yesterday. I amended with lots of peat. I'm zone 8b.

I planted blueberries last week too! I planted 9 and have 3 more to plant. I replaced one I planted a couple years ago, it just wasn't doing much of anything. The bush next to it (6 ft. away) I planted last year and it is already pushing 6' tall.

I have now ordered two new blueberry bushes to accompany my Northblue. (A Duke and Bluecrop)!
