You should have good luck with them... I transplanted mine from one property to another- no problem. Mine are in a shady, woodland garden. Not at all bog like. I remember seeing them on hikes as a kid- fun to have them in the yard.

I have mine in full shade with lots of organic matter in the soil and mulched. Most of them didn't bloom the first year I planted them, but this year they're looking great.

I have a thing for shoes, have a closet just for them lol.
Then I hope you never develop foot problems. :fl I am down to 2 pair of ugly lace up New Balance walking shoes. One black pair, one white pair. The only shoes that fit over ankle/foot brace for left foot and can lace up good for right foot and custom orthotics. :( So all my dresses and skirts are no longer worn and I invested in some dress slacks and nice blazers/sweater, etc...
So I switched to matching handbags/purses for every outfit! ;)
