Flowers to plant in veggie garden

I know lavender is unappetizing to deer, and some people surround their garden in it to keep them out.

I am all about petunia and marigolds in the garden though! Best for bug/pest control.

Just finished planting some borage seeds in a 12 pack tray.....or at least I hope it was borage seeds. It was marked borage but sure looked more like rat droppings to me.

What is your impression of beet seeds?!?!?

I have heard the rosemary is good to keep deer out of garden areas. I don't know if it works on squirrels and rabbits.
