I've been doing some digging and everything looks solid on our side (server, network, etc.).

That said, if people keep experiencing problems, please reply with

• Are you on a computer, tablet, phone.
• If phone / mobile, which model? If computer, which operating system and version?
• Which browser and version are you using (eg., Chrome 58.0.3029, Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
• Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
• Have you tried a different browser (as a test to see if it's a browser issue vs. something else)?

• Have you deleted your internet cache = yes, regularly.

• Have you tried a different browser = yes, Safari. 9.1.3

When this occurs, try doing a <CTRL><F5> (both keys simultaneously) on your keyboard (depending on your browser). This will force a refresh of your web browser's cache...

We've been keeping an eye on the server, and still not seeing any issues.

Are other members currently experiencing problems? Maybe we can isolate a specific geography, browser, or something else?

I have had some trouble loading pages this past week. I check other sites while I'm waiting (CL, weather, etc. ) and they load quickly, it has only been TEG.

*Computer, Windows 8, Firefox, latest version, no, don't dump my cache regularly.*
