Friend or Foe!??

I wasn't able plant my garden this year but with the help of my children I have a lovely garden!!! I came across these plants in a couple of spots and I don't recognize them. I have a few surprise flowers they planted but does anyone know what this is? do I nurture or pull?

I know there is a cucumber in there but don't know about the others

Looks kinda like sweet potato leaves.

I thought that my self! but I didn't plant any in there. I pulled one up and it had a seed like homeny Just not sure!!! the first thought that came to my mind was AUGH!! Kudsu

i'm thinking something related to the morning glory. i know we have something that looks similar to those leaves but it gets a small white flower on them and a massive root that loves to travel and take over. the vines also try to strangle everything it comes across.

the only other thing i was thinking about is could it be some sort of bean?

Oh, that might be it! they have a root/corm that looks a little like a swollen kernal of corn.

The shape of those leaves made me think violet like everyone else!

The leaves are too shiny for violets. however one of the plants took off and started to vine out and I have chosen to remove it!
