Garden Ornament
That's looking at the watering can half full, vfem. Good attitude!
Well, garden seems to have weathered last night well. In addition to the covers we already had in place, we put lit candles insid an tall pots over each seedling . DH had a grow lamp wired to the front grower, since that one got the brunt of the wind and sleet, but didn't have to plug it in (never got below 40's in side according to our chicken coop thermometer that we borrowed for the night!).
Going to be cool again tonight-in the 30s, so I guess we'll do it all again this evening.
I had to give them a little water just now-hopefully that doesn't cool them down too much (??!!). Covers are down, and I'm on my way to get more candles!
COME ON SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!
(but, alas, soon I shall be complaining about the heat. Never happy! )
