Fruit trees from Big Lots

I am posting an update to let you all know that my fruit trees are all doing well. Their leaves have unfurled and they look great.

My crabapple tree is not doing so well. I see small buds, but they do not look as if they are getting bigger, and I am afraid it may have died. Is there a possibility that it could be taking awhile to come out of dormancy? I cut the end of a branch the other day and it is green inside, so I have hope that it is not dead- but why is it taking so long to bud? Any suggestions?

None of the apple trees back home in WA have budded yet, but all the plums have.
