I always forget to snap a pic of the bounty we have been picking from the garden every few days. So here is a shot of what I picked Sunday evening. The zuchinni kind of got away from me over the weekend that why so many huge ones. The cucumbers are yummy, the broccoli is sweet, the Mucho Nacho and Garden Salsa peppers are just right, and the green beans are great just microwaved for a minute with a pat of butter.
We're also getting beets and carrots but I didnt pick any on Sunday.

You think those zucchini are big oh my I will have to take a pictt of some of mine. I swear they are as big around as my calf or bigger lol.

Its so sad, everyone in my DH's family is all "ew we dont eat zuchinni after they get more than 12 inches long, yuck!" blah blah...all they have to do is scoop out the seeds if thats how they feel and it will taste just as good! My daycare lady was the exstatic recipient of 2 this morning because she knows the bigger the better when baking cookies and bread!
