the other week when we were in fact at WW and started to ask someone for help they just ignored us and continued walking (probably going off shift is how i took it - but if that was the case they could have said that - i'd have understood). Mom and i just laughed it off and went on with what we needed to do.

Maybe they were deaf? Try sign language next time with the same person?

That’s my first thought. Or maybe they were wearing their ear pods. I am guilty of that while shopping until one day a lady actually was choking and fell to the floor in front of me. I grabbed a water off the shelf opened it and she had to breathe to drink it and thankfully that worked. She was red faced and tears were running down her face. I called 911 who arrived quickly. She was ok but she was taken to urgent care just to be sure.
