I was half expecting them - after making us watch all that cutting - to just eat it. HAAAA! HAAAA! Made you look!

Here I am just arriving at TEG this morning from reading about the origin of Clementines.

That may be what is being peeled. Seems larger than a Mandarin and an easy-peeler.

And, what happened to the name "Tangerine" for Mandarins? Hybrids seem in zesty supply in the orange grove. There, I used a word  zest and @SPedigrees is thinking, "it doesn't have the same ap-peel, dang it!"
