I just realized yesterday that jalapenos just have to be my favorite hot pepper. They have so much flavor! And, it is a flavor that seems unique to them and one I enjoy.

What will you do with all those jalapenos?


I may ask people for popper recipes when I've got some of my own . . . ;).

Thank you everyone! Steve, my favorite thing with jalapenos is to stuff them with different things, wrap them in bacon, stick a toothpick in them and put them on the grill.

Last week I stuffed them with cooked ground sausage mixed with cream cheese. I've already given some to my neighbors. Think I'm going to make a batch of salsa since I have so many toms on the vine and picking them everyday.

You know, I actually dreamed about cucumbers last night. So sad! LOL
