Having such well-defined abs is not natural, it requires special working-out.

Clayton could/would carry 3 bundles of shingles up the ladder to the roof at a time with no trouble. He was a worker. He had a hard body with big muscles, but never the definition shown in the picture.

He spent his non-working time looking after me, not in a mirror. Miss him so much.

Your right there is is part genetics but mostly training to attain those features
