Le Ballon rouge
I check the newsfeed in Google on my phone in the evenings before I go to bed and about 2 nights ago I spotted the "s" word. In September?!? In Ireland?!? I read the story and it's a long term forecast, saying we are most likely going to get snow again this winter (snow is not a given here). I had to smile when I got the last bit of the article and they said something along the lines of "First a hurricane, then a blizzard… What is wrong with you Ireland?"and here we're already talking about cool weather and fall/winter and it seems just like yesterday you were talking about punching people in the throat for mentioning it being too hot already. heehee... time is going by so quickly... happy fall to everyone!
i just asked Mom if she wanted the heat on. it's 62F in here and i'm comfortable enough and so is she. raining again...

I do enjoy it, very much. I love watching it fall. Growing up in S.A. we only ever saw it on TV and once or twice on the top of the tallest mountain, so it's wonderful to experience it now, after all these years We had a few inches of snow early this year, when the "Beast from the east" hit us. Biggest snow fall in Ireland since the early '80's. It was amazing for me.does snow make you happy? i've seen and been in enough of it for a lifetime already but i don't mind it here because i don't have to go out often and drive in it.
