Sorry, it was over 30 years ago. House has long been sold.

But here's a picture from the net of Tecate tile that looks very similar.

OK, I looked them up. Never realized how popular they are!!! Also, one site was warning against buying them from Home Depot, who USED to carry authentic Saltillo tiles, but doesn't anymore.
I really like the glossy finish on them. Looks like you can still get them.

The gloss is something applied after installation. They don't come that way, they are like a terracotta pot, so need to be sealed.

I'll copy a post from the chicken forum. However accurate it is, I thought it was totally appropriate for this forum's humor thread.

The daughter of an old friend of mine dropped by to say “Hello”...she’s a very sweet, good looking 20 year old, BUT not the brightest crayon in the crayon box, if you know what I mean.
Anyway she saw my little flock, and I told her(and showed her) that I have 4 hens (girls) and 2 roosters (boys).
...here we go...
She looked at them all, with a little puzzlement and a touch of concern...then turned to me and kinda whispered in my direction , “Have any of the girls ever gotten pregnant?”
All I said was “Nope.”, as I walked away, biting my lip. (Bless her heart...)
...think I need to have a talk with her mom, huh?

And the link to give proper credit.

It's really amazing how uneducated some people are regarding chickens/eggs. I heard Vanna White, on Wheel of Fortune, say that brown eggs come from brown chickens, and white eggs come from white chickens. She was being serious.

That job is so mentally taxing it doesn't leave room for things we common folk take for granted.
