Garden humor thread..

That bird book is right up my tree!

I have wondered what possible usefulness is my interest in birds ..?

Ya know. I come from the time when we asked ourselves, "what good is it?" Pointing at some living creature, some plant growing along our beaten path. Every hawk was a "chicken hawk."

What nonsense!

Well, I've just wasted an hour reading funny posters on Pinterest ...

Three made me laugh out loud and I continue chuckling about 'em ...

One was rude ...

One was about religion, I don't think it was sacrilegious but i'd better not post it ...

Here's one, totally off the subject of gardening, you'll have to click it to read without your glasses ...

WHY YOUR DOG LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOUR WIFE DOES

To test this out and for absolute proof, put your wife and your dog in the trunk of your car and drive around for a couple of hours. Pop the trunk open and see which one is GLAD to see you!!!

:gig Now that is the truth!

My dog loves my DH more than me because he gives better butt scratchin's. LOL

@canesisters, that tree through the house is so special. It would certainly bring a lot of attention, rubber-necks, and drive-bys to the neighborhood. And (with a bit of imagination) so easy to do. I used to be far more creative. That is just plain neat.

One Halloween one of the boys, probably around 8 or 9, drew a ghost and taped half to the inside of the front window and half to the outside. It had a pretty nice effect. Made some people walking by look twice.
