I feel that way about "adult" kale, but baby kale is quite good with salads, grilled bratwurst, sandwiches, burgers, soups, etc!

I'm not sure that it always true (given how many plants I buy end up dying of neglect) but it did work for the mini rose (p.s. it now has buds.)

i would design a small house that could move inside a large greenhouse for the winter and then in the summer move out next to a pool. oh, and the greenhouse would have a pool in it too because if i were rich and could do those things i could also afford to have someone come and clean and weed and otherwise be more useful than myself.
