Another great spot of Light-in-the-garden plant is yellow-leafed bleeding heart. It looks as if it's lit from within amid the rest of the darker foliage.

Last year, filthy hare ate all of our corn. This year, the hare arrived late in the race for corn.

But pesky blackbirds have won the race for the grapes. Almost.

State Farm has collected straw in the fields.

We may collect the straw that has remained on the ground. It will be enough to plant potatoes for the next year. Every year we put a new straw on top of the old one. Harvest is getting better.

Soon the snow. We collected the last vegetables.

Some pepper do not have time to ripen because of the cold.

Sunflowers I wrapped in a cloth. Birds were unable to reach them. In winter, I will compensate them for such a bummer. Sprinkle the seeds in the feeder.

I'm picking blueberries, rosehips and hawthorn fruit.


Apples are so many that I'm tired of the apple menu. Why pineapples and mangoes do not grow here so simple?

This part of the tomatoes, which I collected in August.

My favorite cherry! They have a real tomato flavor.

Some of them we left in a greenhouse, do not have time to clean. The leaves are withered, but the fruit of red and very sweet.

I'm having some Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia) from the market.

Wikipedia says that they grow not only in Japan but in Korea and Nepal ... hey! Maybe they would be okay for your Garden on the Forest Edge, Larisa.

Here you can buy the seeds, but only in the store, "Seeds of exotic plants." In the "All for bonsai!"
In fact, our winter will kill them. It grows here is worse than apricots!

What will you do with the rosehips?

I have a large thermos. In the evening I put on the bottom of the rose, then add a little sugar syrup and boiling water. In the morning it becomes a delicious drink with a high content of vitamin C. Rosehip can also be dried for future use.
