My favorite tool by far has to be my 2yo. He was a great tomato harvester this year! He knew to only pick the red ones. The chickens liked him too, because he found out that they like tomatoes as well and would run out of the garden to give them a few if they were around when we were working in the garden.
Chickens are adictive and good at tearing up the garden for the winter.
Another invaluable tool as well, I must agree.
