Catalina, I love your trellises, where did you get them or how did you make them?
Which ones?

The metal ones in the veg. garden I made. But the white ones I bought at Home Depot.

The ones you made in the veggie garden - how did you make them, what materials did you use? I really like them and would love to build some for here.

They are super easy and cheap to make.

I bought 3/4 inch electrical conduit, a pipe bender and 3/4 " connectors.

Depending on how tall you want your trellis to be - you cut the conduit into 3 sections. They come in 10 foot lengths, so you might have to use 3 pipes to make 2 trellises (depending on the height you want them).

Bend both ends of the longest conduit into a U-shape. Attach the 2 leg (shorter pieces) using the connectors - they have little screws you tighten.

Then I use zip ties to attach the trellis to T-posts.

You can use 2 foot lengths of rebar in the legs, but I've found it's just extra work and they stay up fine without the rebar.

I bought the plastic netting from www.americannetting.com . It' comes in 50' x 6' rolls. Cut to your trellises size and attach with twine wrapped through the netting and around the conduit.

Good luck!
They've worked well for me and this is my second season using them.

Hmmmmmm, I'm not sure how I feel about this, but my neighbors are inviting their friends over, getting ladders and looking over my fence. !!!!!!! It happened for the third time today!

At least they said it looked nice.

amazing! I love chickens, but because of health, I have to settle for enjoying my neighbors chickens next door. He has silkies, giant quail, and those guineas. I also have chicken curtains!!
