Oh, tomatoes are really easy. You just fish them out of there with a spoon or squeeze them out into a jar, fill it half full with water and wait about 3 or 4 days for it to form a scum on top of the water. (Might want to put them somewhere out of the way, but I don't think they smell too bad. I leave mine in the kitchen so I won't forget about them.) Then dump it into a strainer and rinse. Then spread them out on a paper plate or whatever to dry really well, about 2 weeks. Some people will skip the fermenting part, but I like that it takes off the seed coat and makes them come out all clean and fuzzy and they don't stick together.
