@journey11 and @Nyboy, that's why I started a nursery for homeless purchases. They are heeled in and stay in the nursery until I finally figure out a forever home for all my impulse garden buys.

Of course, two of my Bing cherry trees are 20 feet tall and fruiting. There's no chance some of these 'babies' will ever get moved alive.

Nothing to be ashamed of! I was actually looking forward to the last harvest- so we could get the tractor in the garden. By the end of summer, mine was a weedy mess! Gardening is such a forgiving pastime- you get another chance, every year. I would bet money my garden will be full of weeds, by fall!
