raw they have a overwhelming flavor,try sauteing them with onion in butter and adding parsley,the last moment add parsley and place on top of grilled steak or chicken.
or dry them and add to soups during the winter...
once sauted or dried they loss their overwhelming power
They are fabulous in home canned chicken broth. Great in soups, can be frozen in baggies for later use. Good in stir fried vegetables, mashed potatoes, run through blender with stick of butter then spread on French bread and heat in oven.
