The reason I'm looking for such an early corn is that I I live in Western Washington with mild winters but also mild summers, and I'm looking to attempt a Fukuoka-style double grain rotation. [Winter Grain followed by summer grain] and its going to take a really early corn to pull that off in my climate. [There doesn't seem to be much breeding work done on making say... Winter Rye or Winter Barley or Winter Wheat ripen earlier into the early summer/ into late spring.]
When Sandhill Preservation Center carries Super Early Alberta again I intend to trial that one as well.
