well lowes store #2996 in mayodan nc.... called this morning"we will be there in 10 mins"..cool beans
same delivery driver, he opened the door pulled out the 2x12x16 started to pull out 2 2x8x12 nope dont need those. i need 2x12x12 showed him the picture of yesterdays delivery receipt in his own hand writing it clears says 2x12x12... "we will be back shorty with the right ones"

so checked on the storm coming our way figured i had time to build the bed, built and installed in record time.

as soon as dw and i had it place lowes showed up, well how about that they brought the correct lumber this time and he brought me the missing rebar pin guess 3 times is a charm.
it started to sprinkle so the other bed can wait a couple days covered the wood and put everything away...

@Smart Red what lowes calls a rebar pin is really a 3/4" metal stake that has holes in it for nails to make wooden forms for concrete.

had a good laugh today the dw sent me the lowes customer survey on our experience....really
just to put this way everything was poor except for the delivery person...<not his fault completely> and the online ordering got high marks.

the one thing a added at the end "lowes use to be a household name"...

wonder if we hear anything back from them....? got a 20 says no.

Hello @the1honeycomb So good to hear you are back. 30/40 minutes to day ...maybe 45 next week. A little more at a time. Slow and steady. I have decided blackberries can be EVIL even when you have an eye on them. Looks like our devil thorns may be going bye-bye to make room for some thorn less ones. :)
