That's amazing! Edible artwork, but I could never let anyone eat it if it were me. I was planning to make gingerbread bluebird houses for gifts this year, but never found time. I have several boxes of very stale blue Peeps I was saving for it.

It took about 2 weeks. I let my chickens eat it - there are pictures of them destroying it on my blog. It was really, really hard, so I don't think anyone would want to eat it.
