Client's dog never showed up for grooming appointment yesterday. It happens a lot I don't give it a 2nd thought. Client just called screaming at me, why didn't I reminder her of appointment? I said that is a personal assistant's job not a dog groomers. Haven't even finished my coffee going to be a long day I can feel it.

I could not tolerate working for those entitled people.

Cat entitled people keep money in my checking account. I just hate when they scream at me for something I didn't do. I learned its best is not to scream back, but to calmly point out what the problem was. Sometimes that makes them feel foolish.
