Attractive To Bees
I cut them in half, clean up the inside and steam them. Once they are most of the way soft, I add some stuffing and finish cooking them. I tried this for Thanksgiving and loved it. I've used pepperidge farm stuffing or one year I cooked millet with butter and chives and stuffed it with that. It was gone really fast.
Or- Cook it till soft and take a fork and string it up like spaghetti squash. Mix it with a little oil and vinegar salad dressing.
