Excuse any copies of the same picture(s), I didn't feel like sorting through.

The woods
Dogwoods

Vinca?

These blanket the ground in all the sunny clearings :)

A bluebird must have gotten snatched. There were feathers all over.

This one is my favorite, the sun was hitting it and it had a beautiful sheen. You can see the sheen a bit in the picture.

There were dark purple, and light purple ones of these too.

And since it won't let me do all pictures in one post....

The neighbors irises.. :)

The tulips, I missed getting pictures of the yellow ones.:\

Azaleas,

And at home,
The last of the lilac, I hope it re-blooms, the cold week seemed to kill the earlier blooms, and I don't see any more emerging buds.

And two wasps who hang around on it all day.

Just beautiful! Makes me want to hike around on our property and take some wildflower pics. Not willing to brave the rattlesnakes right now though. The lilacs remind me of my grandmother. She had some beautiful ones in her yard, too. Thanks for sharing!

Oh so nice!! Can't believe how far ahead you are from me! :) i wonder if the white flower in the woods from your first post might be spring beauty?

And i love the bluebird feather pics! Very nice shots.

Oh, I could almost smell that iris as I scrolled upon it. Heavenly! The wisteria too. Very pretty mingling with that hydrangea.

Now the wasps...they were a little too close for my comfort!

Your camera takes such crystal clear closeups. What camera/lens are you shooting with?

The moss in the water was also very striking.

@Wishin' ... Thanks for sharing your beautiful Spring!
That azalea.. :love .. and wisteria!, I LOVE it! My friend in AR has to fight back the wisteria every year and thinks I am crazy for trying to grow it. I have two types that are hardy in MN, but they struggle, I was so excited to finally get some blooms two years ago!
Wonderful photos!.. what a pretty area for you to enjoy... thanks again!

Your pretty purple weed, maybe lobelia?

I think those feathers might be from a Blue Jay because of the length and the stripes. I can't believe how well you were able to capture the sheen of the feather. I see there were also my hydrangeas, my personal favorite. About the only thing coming up through the ground around here is my chives

@Lavender2 I will look up lobelia later thanks :thumbsup
I was so happy when the wisteria showed up, I have been watching it for three years, and last year it only got one sad little bloom. This year I'm ecstatic, to have so many :)

@HotPepperQueen Yes they are blue jay feathers :rolleyes:I don't know why I typed blue bird
