It is very little protein. But I also get veggies, sometimes a carb (rice cake, 1/2 c. rice, or fruit) and sometimes a healthy fat (I like 2 tablespoons almond butter). Four meals of the above plus a protein shake with orange juice during workout and one at bedtime with the almond butter. It's not too bad. Except for not having ice cream or sweets.Mary I feed my 20 pound dog more then 2ozs wow
