Thank you thistle! I get carried away with looks, not of beauty but who looks like who. I kind of calmed down on that for months now after driving everybody nuts when she was first born. It is just so much fun to see my family in the baby. DH, my mother, my brother, DD and DS and myself. I really do not see the baby's dad or his family yet, but they do not have many pictures because they lost the pictures in a flood or fire years ago.

LOL. Thank you Bee. I was thinking if my mother was alive she would be the one doing this wondering who looks s like who. I just remembered she talked about who looked like who. I never did until the baby was born.

I think her eyes do. She has eyes that "pop". So does your daughter. So either you or your husband have those type of eyes where they inherited them from. They are also deep set like yours. I would have to see both of you in person to make a final decision though, haha.

In either case, I have a feeling that you are all good looking.

I like to do that too. See which parent my preschoolers look like, haha.

When I was little and also my brother, people always remarked about our eyes. People said we looked through them with a look we had. I did not like it when they said LOOK AT THOSE EYES. A man told me once that when my dad was younger that my dad had the most beautiful eyes he ever saw. Nobody says that about my eyes now. lol. Beauty fades. Actually, my mother and her dad had kind of outstanding eyes. Strange that both my mother and my dad had a such beautiful eyes and then went blind. DD is just beautiful and a lot of credit goes to DH, but also my mother. Thank you again, Mary.

Thank you so much baymule! It is really a blessing and she talks to me all day in messages. I just sent a video of the baby eating supper. Lol

Baby is 11 months old now. She knows what words mean, but is not saying a lot. If you ask her to point out a cat or dog in pictures she can. If you ask her where outside is, she will point to the door. She knows what NO means and does not like it. LOL Goes nuts over horses. I let her watch Gunsmoke when she is over and she gets excited about horses. DD took her to a friend's house to see the horses and boy that was a big hit and went back again another day and took her for a ride. Lol

All people see their family in grand babies. My wife saw my son as a baby. Baby’s mothers family see her as a remake of her mom.

Beauty (physical) is in eye of beholder. No right/wrong answer.

Your g’baby looks happy and loved. The way it should be.
