I just don't like parsley's flavor very much (although i think it would grow much better in my zone than the celery!) The fresh parsley I've tried has always had a weird tough texture. Celery leaves are little softer, so I use them fresh and dried. I think parsley might be one of those "love it or hate it" herbs, like cilantro.it would seem to me that dried celery leaves and dried large leaf parsley would be similar enough? never grown either celeriac or celery here. could eat large leaf parsley every day.
