Gross Mistake

I had to run to the Vet today and stopped at a Antique/ junk shop on the way. On the shelf was a beautiful large blue and white soup tureen. I thought the base would make a great planter. I looked at label and almost dropped it was a chamber pot not a soup tureen. Imagine having a dinner party and serving soup from it I left store with out it.

So, what about the name change made the pot less desirable as a "Great Planter"? I would think the tureen would have had a higher price than the chamber pot. I would have preferred the pot.

Well, we use manure for fertilizer. Seems fitting and proper. I say run back and get that big, beautiful pot.

Reckon the pot being so purdy made it easier to tinkle in it?
