Ground squirrels are digging around all my fav trees and shrubs and the foundation of the house.

@nanets thank you for adding the coke can idea . what a great ide. I like that it simple and easy. I will keep that in mind the next time I get those ground squirrels tunneling thru everything. They are a pain in the caboose.

I managed to catch the two ground squirrels using the Squirrelinator trap out the second day.
It so nice not to see an entire area of the garden and the foundation around the house all dug up everyday.

It’s so peaceful… no gophers, ground squirrels, moles, just a bobcat and no deer. I have seen a young bobcat out in the pastures chasing the birds , we have quail and they leave a feather site behind with occasional scat here and there.
I have now carried a pepper sprayer with me when out in the garden.
