I don't see that the people are too excited just yet. The state agency that reports on earthquakes only has 27 followers on Twitter . . .
1/2 the U.S. population live in 146 counties out of 3,000, total. (LINK) That would mean those 146 average more than 1million, each! Those small counties in the East especially are densely populated.
