Yay for quitting smoking!! :ya

Go to a restaurant to celebrate when you're feeling better. Then you can enjoy it. After all, you've got an entire year to celebrate your new age.

Good for you Alex, I don't care what anyone says it's not an easy task quitting smoking. Now take the money you usually spend on ciggy butts and treat yourself, new shoes or even treat yourself to some spa days, pedicures are good too, make you feel like a hundred bucks.

This is your second time quitting right? How long did you go the first time? What day are you on now? Hoping you make it this time. Your body will be so glad you did. Just hang in there. One day at a time or one hour at a time if need be. You can do it!
