No I'm not Irish but love some of the sayings, this one in particular...

A sunbeam to warm you,. A moonbeam to charm you,. A sheltering angel, so nothing can harm you. May you live long,. Die happy,. And rate a mansion in heaven. May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven a half hour before the devil knows you're dead.

Now you, what are some of your favorite sayings......

Lovely thoughts, Annette. So, limericks might count?

No, I don't suppose so. Besides, I bet that there are lots of people in that city who don't really appreciate them or the reference ... oh well, how about a Peruvian poem!!

There once was a man from Peru
Who dreamed he was eating his shoe
He woke with a fright
In the middle of the night
To find that his dream had come true.

Okay. Now, there is lots of room between our examples for everyone!

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY to you all!
Remember that 'EVERYBODY'S IRISH ON ST. PATRICK'S DAY ! ! !

May the road rise to meet you,
may the wind be ever at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
Love to all, Sam. . . . .
